In June 2016, the company was sold to Bridgepoint UK one of the largest international private equity groups of Europe


Acquired in 2010, Mars Cinema Group (MCG) is the leading movie exhibitor in Turkey with its 74 locations in 28 cities. MCG is at the forefront of cinematic experience with its fully digitalized network, exclusive IMAX rights and superior customer service. In June 2016, the company was sold to the CJ Group of Korea for a total consideration of US$800 million, making it one of the largest private equity exits in Turkey.


Founded in 2009 by ex-ILFC CEO Steven Udvar-Hazy, ALC is an US company which acquires and leases commercial aircrafts to airlines worldwide.

The company went public in June 2010 and currently floats at NYSE with a mcap of US$ 3 billion Esas acquired a minority stake in May 2010 via private placement and successfully exited in October 2013.


Founded in 2003 by Esas, Promed provides advanced solutions and services to health payer institutions in Turkey.

Esas sold its shares to Germany-based Compu Group in 2009 and successfully exited from the business.


Established in 2003 by Esas, Renty was one of the largest operational fleet leasing companies of Turkey.

After completing its value creation plan, Esas successfuly sold its shares in March 2009.
